This software has been "retired" and is considered a "legacy" app, but you can still download it from the Topaz website.
There are a very large number of effects in this software. A rough count is in the neighborhood of 3,500. Although many of them are variations on a theme and do not give very distinctly different results.

I have not done so, but you can also download Studio 2 and try that as well.
